IMPEACHMENT CHARGES
The Democrats, or, more accurately, the radical Left had the unbelievable chutzpah to urge the impeachment of President Donald Trump. It was a triumph of deceit and deception, which demanded that the truth be told.
President Trump has accomplished more in 3 years than any other President in the history of the United States of America. Only George Washington accomplished more, but President Washington did so over 4 decades.
The Left know that is true and that they cannot offer any evidence to the contrary. Hence the ad hominem attack, because they have no case on the merits.
The Left claims that President Trump should be impeached because he used his Presidential office to pressure the Ukraine “to investigate his Democratic rivals”
But, as is their SOP, they leave out a key fact.
The fact? The reason why the President contacted the Ukraine.
He wanted to find out whether Joseph Biden, while serving as Vice President, used his office to obtain unearned millions for his son, Hunter. And the President learned that is exactly what happened.
Hunter Biden picked up about $850,000 while serving on the board of Burisma Holdings, a Ukraine natural gas company, despite having no experience in that field. Hunter also profited in China, where his father was spearheading U.S. foreign policy, inking a $1.5 billion deal with an investment firm connected to the government in Beijing. And the elder Mr. Biden famously bragged last year that he pushed Ukraine to fire its top prosecutor, a move critics say aimed to stop an investigation of Burisma, which the prosecutor has said he was investigating at the time. “It is true that there is no evidence of any wrongdoing by Vice President Biden or that Hunter Biden broke any laws at all, but frankly it does stink that Hunter Biden got this contract with no expertise in the energy sector and that he likely — he already said he probably got that money, which was significant, because of his connection with his father, the vice president at the time who also in charge of Ukraine at the time,” said Tapper. But there is more to the Hunter Biden story.
As Tapper noted, Biden didn’t have experience in the energy sector before taking the $50,000-per-month board position. He also had a well-documented history of drug abuse issues. Biden was discharged from the Navy in 2014 for cocaine use. He also faced a scandal in 2016 after a crack pipe was found next to his ID in a Hertz rental car. [Emphasis added.]
To accuse President Trump of persecuting Hunter Biden without mentioning these facts is the equivalent of charging a policeman with murder for shooting a civilian, leaving out the fact that the civilian was an armed robber shooting innocent civilians.
As noted, that’s the Left’s modus operandi: deceit and deception!

A DNA test proves that Hunter Biden is the father of an Arkansas woman's baby, according to a court filing Wednesday by her attorneys. Lunden Roberts, 28, filed a paternity suit naming Biden in May, seeking child support and health insurance for her baby, who was born in August 2018. Roberts said she and Biden had been in a relationship.

As many of you know, I spent more than 4 decades as a trial lawyer. Here is the case any good trial lawyer would make to the Senate, starting with the classic Ronald Reagan question in 1992, (adjusted to the 2016 election):

Look at the FACTS, rather than unsupported conclusory opinions offered by CNN, ABC, NBC, CBS, MSNBC, and/or individuals such as Larry O’Donnell, George Stepanapolous, Joe Scarborough, Mika Brzezinski, Don Lemon, Whoopi Goldberg, Joy Behar, Sunny Hostin, Abby Huntsman, Anderson Cooper, Wolf Blitzer, Kate Balduan, Erin Burnett, Jim Acosta,Natalie Allen, Christiane Amanpour. Shahira Amin, Brooke Baldwin Kosinski, Chris Cuomo, Donna Brazile et al. (I actually heard Lemon compare Trump to Hitler, Stalin and Mao, only Lemon insisted Trump killed more people! Absolutely Nutso!)

The Left brook no independent opinions. When Juan Williams admitted to being concerned on a flight seeing someone in Arab dress, NPR, another LEFT only station, immediately fired him!
Guess who hired him back on the air?
The much maligned “prejudiced” Fox Network. There, Juan is allowed to voice his Lib views to his heart’s content.
What is going on here?
Simple, the Mass Media has a consistent goal: they want control of our thoughts!

When exports exceed imports, it increases GDP.
The economic sky isn’t falling and our economy is not headed for a recession anytime soon, despite progressives’ economic scare tactics, designed to discourage consumer spending, damage our economy, defeat President Trump, and advance the far-left political agenda -- the economic interests of American families be damned.

Then, there is the record already accomplished.
President Trump quickly reversed Obama’s failed policies and gave America back its prosperity.
What he has accomplished in three years is remarkable. But you would never know it because the Left suppressed the facts. I chose 10 varied cites that detail evidence that America is prospering on all fronts. (You will find countless more if you research)
Highlights
More than 5 million jobs have been created
The unemployment rate for African Americans in May fell to 5.9 percent, which is the lowest rate on record. Asian and Hispanic-American unemployment rates reached record lows.
Manufacturing added 284,000 jobs in 2018, the most added in a year since 1997
The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act was in the largest package of tax cuts in American history with more 6 million workers receiving tax cut bonuses and benefits.
The women’s unemployment rate recently reached its lowest rate in 65 years.
A campaign promise was made to roll back two regulations for every new one created. And it was surpassed: in 2017 and 2018, for every new regulation, 34 regulations were eliminated, saving more $33 billion. Obama-era rules and regulations were removed.
The U.S. withdrew from the Paris Climate Agreement, which would have cost American workers millions of jobs.
The disastrous North American Free Trade Agreement was replaced by a mutually beneficial agreement among the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
Restraints on America’s energy potential were removed and America is the largest crude oil producer in the world. Exploration in the Alaska National Wildlife Refuge is permitted as is construction of the Dakota Access pipeline and the cross border permit for the Keystone XL pipeline and the “war on coal” has stopped.”
Reforms to “Obmacare” included: more short-term, limited duration cheaper health insurance plans, allowed more employers to join together across State lines to offer affordable employee coverage, and gave consumers more freedom to purchase benefits that fit their needs, and average premiums in 2019 will be 6 percent lower.
A dozen drug manufactures enacted price freezes, reductions, or rollbacks.
Contractual gag clauses that stopped pharmacists from informing patients about lower drug prices were banned.
Medicare reforms saved seniors $320 million.
Work is on-going on to cut off the flow of deadly opioids into our country and to disrupt the networks that distribute them to our communities.
This January President Trump became the first president to join the March for Life, the Mexico City Policy has been reinstated, power was restored to the states to exclude family-planning providers that provide abortion services from the Medicaid program and to ensure Title X family planning funding does not go to projects that perform, support, or refer patients for abortion. Exemptions based on religious beliefs or moral convictions overrode the Obamacare contraceptive mandate.
Support has been increased for law enforcement officers and action is being taken to incarcerate MS-13.l Loopholes that enabled illegal immigration, and allowed chain migration are being closed.
Customs and Border Protection (CBP), and ICE’s Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) are being supported rather than hampered.
The Military received the largest pay raise in years.
Military commanders were given broad authority to take the fight to ISIS. All of ISIS’ territory in Iraq was successfully liberated. ISIS’ self-proclaimed capital city Raqqah has been recaptured.
ISIS’ territorial caliphate has been defeated.
The United Sates has withdrawn from the horrible, one-sided Iran nuclear deal and all sanctions that had been lifted or waived have been re-imposed.
The United States military directed strikes in response to the Assad’s Regime chemical weapons attacks in 2017 and 2018.
UN sanctions were imposed on North Korea. Then, historic breakthroughs resulted with North Korea, and leaders of North and South Korea. Leaders have exchanged letters and high-level officials from both countries have met.
The United States followed through on President Trump’s promise to recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel and move the American embassy there. [This was a promise repeatedly made by many prior presidents, none of whom had th courage to make the move.]
The U.S. reduced its payments to the UN by hundreds of millions of dollars with more to come.
Delinquent foreign countries were forced to contribute an additional $530 billion to NATO.
The VA is providing veterans with online access to quality care.
Implemented were a five-year ban on lobbying for White House employees and a lifetime ban on lobbying for foreign countries.
Animal cruelty was made a federal felony, a long time goal of the American Humane Society.
Federal civil rights protections against anti-semitism were expanded.
President Trump donates his $400,000 annual salary to various federal departments.
President Trump has appointed judges who will follow the Constitution as written.

PERSPECTIVE

But the Left incessantly and falsely claim President Trump abuses his powers, demeaning the United States, and should be removed from office.
And the Left had no problem with President Obama’s and Hilllary Clinton's denigration of our Country and its high achievers.

-Demeaning Americans who worked intelligently and diligently to become successes, sneering at them as: “Life’s Lottery winners”, as if it were “luck”, and not hard work that had them succeed, telling diligent citizens: “If you’ve got a business, you didn’t build that. Somebody else made that happen.”
-Smearing and slandering any conservative judicial candidate, e.g. ,the unconscionable patently untrue filth thrown at Judge Kavanaugh, ruining a life-long reputation for integrity.
-Apologizing for America’s global actions without acknowledging that, but for America, the world would be under fascist control since the 1940s;
-Apologizing to anyone and everyone all over the world for America’s faults, ignoring the billions of American tax dollars gone to ensure the survival of Western Europe and many other nations.
-Insisting the rich do not pay their "fair share", when the top 1% of Americans pay 40% of all federal income taxes; the next 9% of income earners pay another 30%, so that the top 10% pay 70% of the taxes; the bottom 40% pay close to nothing. Here are some interesting points to think about prior to 2020, especially to my friends on the fence, like moderate Democrats, Libertarians and Independents and the never Trump Republicans and those thinking of "walking away" from the Democratic party. It seems women's rights only matter if those women are liberal. No Border Walls. No voter ID laws. Did you figure it out yet? But wait... there's more. THE PRESIDENT AT DAVOS
The World Economic Forum was founded by Professor Klaus Schwab to discuss technology and trade governance. In late January, 2020, 3000 participants from around the world attended its 50TH annual meeting in Davos, Switzerland. President Trump was a speaker.
He emphasized that governments must put their own citizens first. His words:
"The United States is in the midst of an economic boom the likes of which the world has never seen before."America is thriving, America is flourishing and yes, America is winning again like never before," Trump said. "America achieved this stunning turnaround not by making minor changes to a handful of policies, but by adopting a whole new approach centered entirely on the well-being of the American worker."
